THE DOLPHIN AND THE LION
Once,
a lion was wandering near the seashore when he saw a dolphin. The lion said to
the dolphin, “Hi, I am the king of the jungle and you are the king of the sea.
Let us be friends”. Thus, the lion and the dolphin became friends. Some time
elapsed. The lion was engaged in a war with a wild bull. The lion cried for
dolphin’s help but the dolphin did not come for help. When the battle was over,
the bruised lion blamed the dolphin of betrayal. The dolphin said, “I was
unable to help. I am a creature of water and I can do nothing once I am on
land”. We should choose allies which can come to help us in the moments of
crisis.
