- Endoparasite.

- Triploblastic, bilateral symmetry.

- Acoelomate.

- Organ level organisation.

-Flame cells- for excretion & osmoregulation.

- Hermaphrodite.

- Reproduction – Sexual - Fertilisation internal.

- eg. Taeniasolium(Tape worm), Fasciola hepatica (liver fluke).
