- Bilateral symmetry and Triploblastic.

- Pseudocoelomate.

- Muscular pharynx.

- Male smaller and thinner than female.

- Fertilisation internal, development direct or indirect.

- eg. Ascarislumbricoides, Wucherariabancroftiietc.
